How To Order
Shopping online at AdorageMD.com is easy and quick our shopping cart
system allows you to add any product you're interested in to your order
by simply pressing a button. Here's how:
- When you find a product you like, click on it.
- Select the desired quantity and click the "Add To Cart"
button next to the item.
- Should you change your mind at any time while shopping, you can switch
quantities or delete any item from your order or even cancel the entire
order.
- You can add multiple items to your shopping cart, click the specialty
products button on the top navigation to continue shopping.
- When you are finished shopping and you want to submit your order,
click the "Buy Now" button. You'll be asked to login to your
AdorageMD.com account, or to create one if you have not already. This
is a free account it allows us to provide you with better customer service
by giving you ways to review your orders and check the status of your
order.
- To complete the checkout process, simply login and fill out the order
form, and click on the "Submit Order" button.
Immediately after you click on the "Submit Order" button you
will see an Order Confirmation page that also has your AdorageMD.com order
number. Make sure to retain it for future reference, either by copying
it down, or by printing this page.
If any of the information you enter is not valid, you will be returned
to the order and asked to correct it. You may also place your order by
calling us at 1 201 886 7000
Once your order has been successfully placed, we will send you an email
confirming shipment with your Tracking Number. Please refer to your AdorageMD.com
Order Number when inquiring about a shipment.

Shipping and handling
Adorage MD offers 3 methods of shipping for orders in the 48 contiguous
states.
Fedex SuperSaver -$8.95
Fedex ground - $14.00 (Free with purchases above $100)
Next Day - $20.00
Please allow between 24 and 48 hours for your order to be processed.
All orders processed after 2:00 PM EST will be submitted for next business
day and shipped out on the same day.

Returns policy
Adorage MD strives to deliver you products of the highest quality. However,
if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement on all products
returned within 14 days of your receipt of the goods provided that they
are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Making a return is easy! Please send the item along with the AdorageMD
Inc. invoice and return form showing proof of purchase, using an insured,
traceable method to:

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Adorage MD as soon as
possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days
after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are
not refunded.

Damaged Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that
may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer
carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in
your shipment, notify us immediately at 1 201 885 7000. Please provide
your order number when you call and please retain the shipping box, packaging
materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to inspect and
pick up the damaged package.

on a very timely basis.
